Every project at Betschwar & Co begins with an understanding that no two homes — or clients — are the same. My role sits at the intersection of marketing and design, where I help shape the visual and written identity of each property through carefully designed signboards, brochures, social media assets, and external communications.
Working in a boutique agency setting has allowed me to gain hands-on experience at every stage of the marketing process, from initial briefing to creative execution. It's an environment where thoughtful presentation matters, and where small touches like the right font choice, a considered layout, and a meaningful line of copy, elevate the experience for buyers and sellers alike.
The brief was to create property marketing materials (including templates) that captured the essence of each home while staying true to Betschwar & Co’s understated, elegant brand identity. Every piece needed to balance aesthetic appeal with functionality, ensuring it connected emotionally with buyers while delivering essential information clearly.
Through a considered design approach and close collaboration with the team, I developed marketing assets that complemented each property's character — from polished mail cards to large-scale signboards. By maintaining a consistent visual language and a strong attention to detail, I helped ensure that every touchpoint reflected the quality, warmth, and authenticity that define Betschwar & Co.
